“Two weeks ago I had the absolute privilege of visiting the iconic and very beautiful Hartford House in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands at the top end of the Midlands Meander. I had been to a wedding there a few years ago so I knew I was in for a treat. I was also excited to experience the cooking of their head chef Constantijn Hahndiek.”
