“Hartford House never disappoints. The House and tea rooms are heavenly, the gardens and surrounds are out of this world, the staff are professional and friendly, the accommodation is simply stunning, and the food is just exceptional.

We recently stayed with our two small children and the staff were incredibly accommodating, thoughtful and kind. The children were as spoiled as we were and enjoyed their stay as much as we did! Every moment – from lunch in the charming Tea rooms, birdwatching from the plunge pool in our stunning lakeside suite, a spectacular 7 course dinner, a delicious and indulgent breakfast and a stroll through the magnificent gardens – was truly memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful experience. Thank you to all at Hartford. We look forward to returning soon.”
