Sarah-Jane Schmitz appointed Sous Chef at Hartford House

Sarah-Jane completed her studies at Capsicum Culinary Studio where she achieved the coveted ‘Graduate of the Year’ award afterwhich she commenced her career at “The Chefs Table” in Umhlanga, working under Chef Kayla Ann Osborn.
Earlier this year Sarah-Jane was appointed as CDP at Hartford House where she has worked alongside Executive Chef Mathew Armbruster. Together they have created a delectable menu for the restaurant that is authentic, sensible and locally sourced.
