“My wife’s gluten allergy was happily taken care of without difficulty. In our opinion the food is as better than most and up there with the top London restaurants. Our accommodation was right on the edge of the lake which is teeming with bird life, with its own pool and very tastefully furnished. The grounds are so peaceful. If you are travelling in the Midlands, this has to be the place to stay. Duncan and the team deserve all the recognition that comes their way.”
